Tom wasn’t our first choice, not because of any doubts about his capabilities, but simply because he was already running a successful leisure centre. Moreover, Tom is our cousin, and while we’ve always been close, we didn’t expect he would be willing to take on the additional responsibility of helping us out alongside his managerial job.
